Course Date Changes (Rescheduling)
If you are unable to attend your course on the confirmed date, you must inform Sky Security Services no later than 48 hours before the course commencement.
Subject to availability, your course may be moved to an alternative date within six (6) months of the original start date and at the same venue. A £50 administration fee will be charged for each approved reschedule.
Each booking is permitted a maximum of two reschedule requests. If you do not attend a rescheduled course within the six-month validity period, the booking will expire and a new booking will be required.
All reschedule requests must be made by phone or email within the stated notice period.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
All course bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may be eligible to reschedule in accordance with your course plan, subject to a £50 rescheduling fee. If you contact us within 24 hours of making your booking, we may be able to temporarily place your booking on hold, at our discretion.
If a deposit has been paid and you fail to notify us of your absence before the course start date, you will not qualify for a reschedule. In such cases:
- The deposit will be forfeited
- Any outstanding balance will remain payable
If full payment has been made and you do not attend the course, no refund will be issued.
Medical Cancellations
Where a course is cancelled due to medical reasons, valid supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate or doctor’s letter) must be provided. A £50 administration charge will apply and may be deducted from any refundable amount where applicable.
Course Cancellations by Us
If Sky Security Services is required to cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund for that specific course.
Resit Policy
Attendance at a booked resit session is compulsory. Failure to attend on time will result in the loss of any resit fees paid, with no refund or transfer.
Resits can only be arranged once the full course has been completed, including the final assessment on the last scheduled day.
Resit options are not available for:
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- English Assessment courses
- Handcuff training
- Any online or e-Learning courses
If you are unable to attend a scheduled resit, you must notify Sky Security Services at least 72 hours prior to the resit date.

By booking a course with Sky Security Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
